Our client is a true family business. This is reflected in the culture, values and flat organisational structure. They have since grown into a prosperous company. It is a multidisciplinary installation company and has been installing in the Southeast Brabant and North Limburg region for over 56 years. They provide the W-installations in project-based new builds and renovations as well as the management and maintenance of installations for housing corporations, owners' associations and private individuals.
What will you do?
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the work preparation and engineering of the w-installations in our housing projects. To this end, you draw up schedules, order materials, calculate piping and check installation drawings for completeness and correct dimensions. You also maintain contact with clients, government agencies, subcontractors and suppliers. Last but not least, you see it as a challenge to realise optimisations and savings and ensure good monitoring of budgets and additional and less work. You mostly work in the office, but can also sometimes be found on a project.
In addition, you are:
- Busy calculating diameters, velocities, heat loss and pressure loss calculations;
- Responsible for proper administrative execution of projects;
- Critical of cost control from working budgets;
- Possibly also draughtsman! It would be great if you have this combination, if not, we would be happy to train you so that you can draw our installations in detail in 3D in Revit.
Do you recognise yourself in this?

In addition, you have:
- Experience as a work planner W or first mechanic in installation engineering;
- MBO 4 education towards installation engineering (or willing to follow it);
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, pro activity and eagerness to learn;
- Are you a real team player.
