As the central desk for work in the Eindhoven region, this organisation develops and mediates people with a distance to the labour market to, on and in work. They focus on various forms of subsidised employment. From people with an employment restriction who need permanent support, to short-term pathways as a start to a job.
As Foreman Laundry You assist colleagues in the laundry to do their work properly. Do colleagues get stuck? Then you offer help, guidance and support. You look at what colleagues need in order to do their work properly and pleasantly in one of the most sustainable laundries in Europe. While cooperating, you ensure a good and continuous process within your own department and an output that meets the quality requirements.
Tasks:
- Perform all common executive duties within the Laundry.
- Calling in production assistant/ cooperating foreman in case of problem situations.
- Instruct and guide group members on (subject) technical matters.
- Monitoring processes/sub-tasks.
- Solving simple malfunctions.
- Perform daily maintenance.
- Timely identification of more complex faults and reporting them to an Assistant/ work centre leader.
- Managing and keeping the workplace clean.
- Performing Quality Control.
