They focus on various forms of subsidised employment. From people with an employment restriction who need permanent support, to short-term pathways as a start to a job.
Green & Cleaning is one of the business units of this organisation. Green & Cleaning provides maintenance work in gardens and grounds at various customers. They are also responsible for the integral maintenance of public spaces at municipalities in the region.
As a cooperating foreman, you will organise and perform all green space maintenance and construction work in the public area in the Eindhoven region together with the employees. This includes:
- Weed control
- Clearance of (green) waste
- Pavement and paving maintenance
- Performance of tillage
- Planting
- Pruning
- Operation of required tools/vehicles
You will also give subject-specific instructions to a number of employees and ensure a smooth running process.
- You oversee task execution and tool use.
- You help determine the work to be done.
- You act as a co-appraiser.
- You will perform simple, routine administrative tasks, such as completing daily/weekly statements.

- Sufficient skills/knowledge in green maintenance.
- Have ample social skills and affinity with the target group.
- Be a team player and can motivate people.
- Adapt leadership style to the employee and situation.
- Willing to undergo additional (internal) training and education.
- In possession of a B-E driving licence.

- You will receive a salary between €2,500 and €3,420 per month (based on full-time) depending on
