As an administrative assistant, you will support the organisation by performing various administrative tasks such as:

  • Manage and process correspondence, including email, letters and telephone;
  • Organising, managing and archiving administrative files;
  • Document management and reporting;
  • Entering data into systems;
  • Financial support.

This is you

You are a perfect fit for the administrative assistant position if you:

  • Work experience in a similar position;
  • Education level MBO;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, outlook);
  • Experience with ERP CRM systems;
  • Good Dutch language skills (oral and written);
  • Accuracy, stress resistance.
