Within the factory, they produce parts and products via one or more in-house production processes: injection moulding, milling, machining, turning, electronics, sheet metal or assembly. Your duties include:
- Assembling parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Performing quality checks to ensure assembled products meet standards.
- Identifying and solving technical problems during the assembly process.
- Working closely with various internal teams, such as product development, logistics and quality control.
- Operating and maintaining assembly equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives, to increase the efficiency and quality of the assembly process.
